We’re looking for volunteers who can help us thoughtfully engage with relevant communities, share resources where appropriate, and gently increase awareness of TMM among people who may benefit from our work.

Our tone of voice is strong, but like many fast‐growing charities, our messaging can become muddled as new programmes, pillars, and services emerge. We’re looking for someone who can help us refine our external positioning so that donors, partners, and - most importantly - motherless mothers can quickly find what they need and feel instantly understood.

We’re looking for volunteers who can help us create meaningful, relatable content for TikTok and Instagram. Your creativity will help more women feel seen, understood, and less alone.

We’re creating a weekly letter written “from one motherless mother to another”, offering comfort, connection, and a sense of being held. We’re looking for someone who can help plan, design, and send this new stream of content.

From group attendance to podcast downloads, these numbers help us tell the story of a community that is growing, strengthening, and becoming more visible. We’re looking for someone who enjoys data and wants to help us keep our annual figures organised and meaningful.

This resource will become a lifeline for women who often feel unseen or unsure where to turn. We need someone who enjoys research and digital organisation to help us bring this space to life.
