Why this role matters

So much of our community finds us through the stories we tell online — the raw moments, the quiet truths, the things motherless mothers often carry in silence. We’re looking for volunteers who can help us create meaningful, relatable content for TikTok and Instagram. Your creativity will help more women feel seen, understood, and less alone.

What you’ll do

• Create short‐form videos for TikTok and Instagram (Reels)

• Capture or curate images that reflect the lived experience of mother loss

• Help us bring key messages, stats, and community moments to life visually

• Work with the TMM team to develop ideas for content themes

• Edit videos or images in a way that feels warm, honest, and aligned with our brand

• Support ad‐hoc campaigns, awareness days, and community storytelling

What you’ll bring

• A love of creating visual content — whether you’re a beginner or more experienced

• An understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends and how to adapt them sensitively

• A warm, human approach to storytelling

• Comfort working with emotional topics with care and compassion

• A willingness to experiment, play, and try new ideas

Some content touches on grief, longing, identity, and the emotional realities of mother loss. We’ll always check in with you and encourage you to take breaks whenever needed. Your wellbeing comes first.
