    Monthly Drop-Ins (In Person – London)

    Mother loss can feel isolating — especially when it’s not often spoken about, or when it’s still unfolding. These monthly drop-ins are a gentle, welcoming space for women who have experienced mother loss through death or illness (such as dementia) at any stage of that journey. This is a chance to connect with others who get it, without pressure to explain yourself or share more than you want to. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — whether you’re newly navigating loss, years into it, or somewhere in between. The group is hosted by TMM volunteer, social prescriber and motherless mother Raksha and is rooted in peer-to-peer support, shared understanding, and community. Children are very welcome to attend with you.
