  • Full Feedings

Holding Grief, Finding Rest Workshop (Online)

Helping your baby sleep so you can heal.

Join Ann Marks, founder of The Full Feedings Method®, for a supportive and practical sleep workshop created especially for mothers raising young children while grieving.

In this session, Ann will share gentle, effective strategies to help babies and toddlers (birth to 4 years old) sleep through the night without cry-it-out sleep training. Her approach is simple, needs-based, and designed to support both the child and the parent — because when your child sleeps, you can finally exhale too.

Ann is a single mom of three (including twins) who lost her own mother in 2019, when her twins were just 10 months old and her daughter was 3. During the hardest season of her life, sleep became essential — not just for survival, but for healing. Ann believes rest is not a luxury during grief — it is a foundation.

    📍Location: via Zoom

    🗓 Date: Thursday 9 April

    🕢7-8pm GMT

This workshop will include actionable tips, emotional reassurance, and space for Q&A, so no one has to feel alone in the exhaustion.

  • Monthly Motherless Mothers Drop-In (In Person – London)

Mother loss can feel isolating — especially when it’s not often spoken about, or when it’s still unfolding. These monthly drop-ins are a gentle, welcoming space for women who have experienced mother loss through death or illness (such as dementia), at any stage of that journey.

This is a chance to connect with others who get it, without pressure to explain yourself or share more than you want to. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — whether you’re newly navigating loss, years into it, or somewhere in between.

The group is hosted by TMM volunteer, social prescriber and motherless mother Raksha, and is rooted in peer-to-peer support, shared understanding, and community.

Children are very welcome to attend with you.

    📍 Location: Cromwell House
    https://enablelc.org/public-halls/cromwell-house/

🗓 Date: First Monday of each month. The next session is April 13th, 2026.

*Please note, if the first Monday of the month falls on a bank holiday, we will run the drop-in the following week.

    🕒 Time: 15:00–16:00

Whether you want to talk, listen, sit quietly, or just be in a room with others who understand mother loss — you are welcome here.

  • TMM London Supper Club (In Person - London)

    NEXT DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED

TMM London is growing, and we’re so excited to introduce our London South Supper Club.

Alongside our monthly drop-ins (held on the first Monday of every month), this is a more intimate way to gather — an evening around a restaurant table with women in your local TMM community.

This is a relaxed, thoughtful space to talk, listen, and spend time with others who understand the experience of mother loss. There’s no expectation to share more than you want to — simply good food and shared understanding.

We’re so looking forward to continuing to build TMM London together.
