There is support available to you.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Becoming a mother without your own mother by your side is a journey like no other. Whether you’ve lost your mother recently or years ago, the challenges of motherhood can feel overwhelming and isolating when you lack that foundational support.

At The Motherless Mothers we are aware of the particular struggles you go through, and we're here to give you a place where people who truly understand you can see you, hear you, and support you.

Estrangement Drop-Ins

When the relationship with a mother is painful, distant or broken down, it can bring a unique kind of grief. These sessions offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself and where your experience is recognised and taken seriously.

“It hadn’t even occurred to me to look up a community online, but I was delighted to see TMM. I’ve listened to all the podcast episodes and feel genuinely seen, heard and understood.”

“It’s lovely to find out my feelings are not weird and getting through motherhood without a mum is a big deal. I strongly believe connection is a key to feeling stronger. I feel better already just hearing from others.”
