The Motherless Mothers (TMM) community is growing quickly because women who are navigating motherhood without their own mum often have nowhere else that feels truly understanding. Whether their mother is absent through bereavement, illness, estrangement or a complex relationship, many women carry this experience quietly. TMM offers a place where that silence can soften — where women can find connection, language and support that reflects their lived reality.

What you’ll do
Review our social channels and highlight simple opportunities for growth
Shape an organic strategy that strengthens reach and community connection
Offer platform‑specific guidance across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
Explore paid social options and advise on targeting and planning
Support Substack and newsletter growth in a gentle, intentional way
Share knowledge so our team can build long‑term confidence
What you’ll bring
Experience with thoughtful organic and paid social growth
Understanding of audience development and community‑centred engagement
Strong working knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn and similar platforms
Familiarity with newsletters and Substack as community tools
A calm, curious, data‑aware approach
Sensitivity to purpose‑led work and lived experience
