As Content & Storytelling Lead, you’ll help shape this space with care and intention. By sharing meaningful stories and reflections, you’ll help more women feel seen, supported and connected. Your work will strengthen our community and ensure the voices that matter most are heard.
What you’ll do
Plan and shape content for TMM’s Substack with warmth and purpose
Write thoughtful articles that reflect our mission and lived experience
Support contributors to share their stories with confidence and care
Edit guest submissions sensitively, honouring each person’s voice
Create a balanced mix of stories, reflections and gentle resources
Explore simple ways to grow our readership and deepen engagement
What you’ll bring

Time commitment
Flexible and ongoing.
Around 2–4 hours per week, shaped around your availability and the natural rhythm of our content.
