As Ambassador Programme Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership to this growing network—ensuring ambassadors feel connected, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful difference. Your guidance will help build thriving local communities while ensuring every ambassador reflects TMM’s values of compassion, inclusion, and integrity.

What you’ll do

As a member of TMM’s Senior Leadership Team, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the development of the national Ambassador Programme

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with ambassadors across the UK

  • Welcome, onboard, and mentor new ambassadors

  • Develop guidance, resources, and training to help ambassadors succeed

  • Support ambassadors to establish safe, inclusive, and welcoming local meet‐ups

  • Share updates, opportunities, and key communications from the Senior Leadership Team

  • Monitor ambassador engagement and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Work collaboratively with other SLT members to connect ambassadors to wider organisational initiatives

  • Help shape the future direction of the Ambassador Programme as TMM continues to grow
