As Ambassador Programme Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership to this growing network—ensuring ambassadors feel connected, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful difference. Your guidance will help build thriving local communities while ensuring every ambassador reflects TMM’s values of compassion, inclusion, and integrity.
What you’ll do
As a member of TMM’s Senior Leadership Team, you will:
Lead and oversee the development of the national Ambassador Programme
Build positive, supportive relationships with ambassadors across the UK
Welcome, onboard, and mentor new ambassadors
Develop guidance, resources, and training to help ambassadors succeed
Support ambassadors to establish safe, inclusive, and welcoming local meet‐ups
Share updates, opportunities, and key communications from the Senior Leadership Team
Monitor ambassador engagement and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Work collaboratively with other SLT members to connect ambassadors to wider organisational initiatives
Help shape the future direction of the Ambassador Programme as TMM continues to grow
