Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer
Helping TMM build meaningful connections that expand our impact
Why this role matters
No charity creates change alone. Partnerships help us reach more motherless mothers, strengthen our services, raise awareness, and build a wider network of support around the families we serve.
We’re looking for volunteers who can help us identify, develop, and nurture relationships with organisations and individuals who share our commitment to improving support for motherless mothers and families. Your work will help us grow our reach, deepen our impact, and build the “motherless village” beyond our immediate community.
What you’ll do
Depending on your interests and experience, you may support with:
Researching potential partner organisations, funders, and collaborators
Identifying opportunities for joint projects, campaigns, or events
Supporting outreach to charities, healthcare providers, businesses, universities, and community groups
Helping maintain partnership records and communications
Assisting with networking activities and relationship‐building
Supporting the development of partnership proposals, presentations, or information packs
Helping identify opportunities to raise awareness of TMM’s work
What you’ll bring
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Confidence engaging with a range of people and organisations
Good organisation and attention to detail
An interest in community engagement, partnerships, or charity development
A proactive, thoughtful, and professional approach
Previous experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or networking is welcome but not essential. Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to our mission are equally valuable.
