Online Drop-In Coordinator

Helping ensure every mother has a smooth, welcoming experience online

Why this role matters

Our online drop‑ins offer connection, comfort, and community for motherless mothers across the UK. Behind each session is a layer of thoughtful organisation that helps every participant feel supported from the moment they book to the moment they join.

We’re looking for an organised, steady, and motivated Online Drop‑In Coordinator to help manage the administration of our quarterly online support groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to moving parts, communicating clearly, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

From September 2026, we’ll be running four dedicated online groups each quarter:

  • General Support

  • Recent Loss

  • Mother Estrangement

  • Early Mother Loss

Your support will help ensure every mother has a seamless, welcoming experience throughout the process.

What you’ll do

  • Promote upcoming drop‑ins across TMM’s social media channels and website

  • Manage bookings and participant registrations for all four quarterly groups

  • Send booking confirmations and participant waivers

  • Distribute Zoom links ahead of each session

  • Send feedback forms after each group to help us improve our services

  • Maintain accurate attendee records and share updates with the team

  • Work closely with the team to ensure each round of groups is well organised and fully supported

What you’ll bring

  • A love of organisation — you’re someone who genuinely enjoys admin

  • Excellent written communication

  • Confidence using email, spreadsheets, and online booking systems (or willingness to learn)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Reliability, especially during busy periods

  • Compassion and sensitivity when communicating with women accessing support

Time commitment

Quarterly — a flurry of activity for four groups taking place over two weeks every four months, plus some planning and scheduling ahead of each cycle.

What you’ll get out of it

  • A chance to support a key part of TMM’s services behind the scenes

  • The satisfaction of helping women access peer support when they need it most

  • Experience in charity administration and service coordination

  • Connection with a supportive, purpose‑driven team
