Why this role matters
Every year, we submit an Annual Report to the Charity Commission — a chance to reflect on what we’ve built, the lives we’ve touched, and the gaps we’re working to close. This isn’t just a compliance exercise; it’s a moment to honour the women at the heart of TMM and to show the world why our work matters.
We’re looking for volunteers who can help us shape this story with clarity, care, and honesty.
What you’ll do
You’ll support the creation of our 2025–2026 Annual Report, which will include:
Our structure, governance, and how we operate
Our objectives and public benefit
Our activities, achievements, and impact
A financial review
Our plans for the future
Depending on your strengths, you might help with:
Researching and gathering information
Synthesising content into clear, accessible sections
Writing or editing copy
Proofreading for accuracy, tone, and flow
What you’ll bring
An interest in writing, editing, research, or information synthesis
A feel for warm, clear, human language
Attention to detail and a thoughtful approach
Curiosity about how charities communicate their impact
