Sophie Catto is a strategic leader with over 18 years’ experience leading purpose- and community-driven businesses across media, publishing and women’s leadership platforms. She is Joint Managing Director of AllBright and everywoman, where she leads global community, events and strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving growth, deepening audience engagement and building meaningful experiences that empower women to thrive.

Throughout her career, Sophie has specialised in growing mission-led organisations through strategic partnerships, community building and sustainable commercial models. She is passionate about creating platforms and experiences that bring women together, foster connection and deliver lasting impact.

Sophie’s connection to Motherless Mothers is deeply personal. Having lost her mother at 16 and now being a mother of two, she understands how motherhood can bring a renewed and often complex dimension to grief. This lived experience, alongside her professional leadership background, allows her to bring both empathy and strategic insight to the Board.

She is passionate about helping the charity grow its reach, strengthen its community and ensure more women feel seen, supported and less alone.
